Comments about MSC CruisesMSC Kreuzfahrten would not change the language it used to commumicate with us from German to English despite requests by Seascanner. Their online portals also would not facilitate this and we had to rely on google translate at points early in the booking process which was very unsatisfactory. A second request by sea scanner was required to get the cruise ticket in English also. Given we booked the cruise on an English language website it created very unnecessary stresses at the start of the process. Very disappointing by MSC. Thankfully Seascanner were as helpful as it was possible for them to be at each stage.
Once we arrived at the cruise terminal everything was ok.
