- I'm not sure who is MSC Kreuzfahrten but I'm writing my feed back on excursions here - I took the city tour, spilled blood and hermitage 8 hour excursion in St. Petersburg. I was in bus no. 72 and my tour guide was Elizabeth. The excursion was very badly organised. The tour guide's english was not up to the mark and was extremely rude, cold and unresponsive to questions. Furthermore, she was extremely fast, in crowded areas without paying head to the fact that there are people managing children/old people in the group who found it difficult to keep up with her. Headphones were losing signal every now and then. Overall, a Euro 140 charge for this excursion is simply not worth it. I would expect MSC to engage higher quality tour operators.
