- 1) food offering and quality in the buffet ("Inca & Maya") was excellent; restaurant "Golden Lobster" - OK
2) Entertainment overall - nice offering
3) sports events - it could be done better, as only table soccer and table tennis were offered
(I understand that this is driven by the fact that there is no sports courts on the ship, but still ...)
4) MCS excursions are bit over-priced / quality is overall OK, but prices should be lower by any mean
5) Photo gallery offering (photos) are too expensive - most of the guest are not picking up the photos taken

- 1) embarkation was very well organized; wait time was minimal
One thing was still not organized well - as cabin keys were not given to us in personal but were waiting in the room (possible security risk!)
2) on the other side disembarkation was not organized well at all - as we have waited in a long queue for 1 hour from the time our group has been called to move from the ship to the time we have pass the passport security control

How do you rate the price/performance ratio of the offered shore excursions?
Prices are very high and should be reduced for 50% ->
for example the cheapest MSC driven excursion to Sankt Petersburg is 200 EURs for the family of four (3.5 hours walk tour or bus tour) and that is bit too much / an that was the only way to visit the city - otherwise you should have to obtain the Russian visa ahead of time

- VERY IMPORTANT: We should have been informed that Russian visa is required to visit the city, if we are not taking official MSC tour (usually we do not do that)

Ship overall:
- Entertainment not as good as on other Msc cruises
- I prefer the newer Larger MSC Ships. Also there should be a better selection of beers available on Easy Drinks Package rather than only Heineken
- Hiába kértem, nem adtak csapvizet.

- I felt small percentage of waiter staff at some bars did not look for customers to serve,take an empty glass off table but not ask would we like another.Big queues at bars because of this.Sometimes waiting twenty five minutes on an ordered drink.Very slow.

- They need to vary a little bit the food in the buffet because we did 7 days with the same food and the last 2 days it went worse
- The food was not that exciting. Especially the dessert was boring/tasteless
