- Nice ship and perfectly sufficient for a good itinerary. It is not a luxury vessal from a facilities, services or price perspective but it was perfectly fine for us as a fairly unfussy couple, keen for adventure and new experiences. Live music on various decks was poor but shows were fine. Pool was nice. Food was ok and as expected but buffet areas needed more constant cleaning. Gluten free options were poor. Cabin was very well attended to and most staff were lovely and helpful. Glad we went before the ship is overrun with kids. Would hate it in July/August!! Would think it is a family friendly ship.
Questions about the tour operator MSC Cruises

- How would you rate the extra expenses on board (5 = very affordable, 1 = very high)
- Would you travel again with MSC Cruises?
- yes
- Comments about MSC Cruises
- Embarkation and disembarkation was excellent - quicker and easier than expected. The 15% extra tax on everything was not helpful - better to have an all in price. Would have preferred if more use was made of deck 11 at night time. One of the pools and jacuzzi should have been adult only. Might travel with MSC again but only on a ship with less kids. Age profile was surprisingly mixed and six languages were spoken onboard.

- yes
- Comments about the service of seascanner.com
- Service was fine except that I was unable to log into MSC before the cruise to see the excursions and to book add on options in advance of the cruise. This meant that one of the tours I would have liked to do, was booked out before I got onboard.
