- The most irritating part of the cruise was the constant multi-lingual announcements!To have to listen to the same message in Italian,English,German and Spanish was really annoying! What about a message area where you could have screens showing the messages in different languages & also in the TV's in the individual cabins.

- My only serious complaint is that I signed up for the "All inclusive drinks package" but this is not what I got! The only included drinks were bottled water, minerals, draft beer or 2 choices of white or red wine WITH my meals but EVERYTHING else I had to pay extra for. So if I wanted a beer or bottled water or glass of wine other than with my lunch or dinner I had to pay! If I wanted a bottled beer or a cup of coffee with my lunch or dinner I had to pay for it! Not an inclusive drinks package! Further I could order mineral water,draft beer or wine for my wife and sign for it on my card so she did not need ANY "drinks package" and I think you should have informed me about this prior to the cruise. Apart from the above I found your level of service to be really first class and your communications quick and clear and your staff highly efficient. I would certainly recommend Seascanner to my friends.

Cruise in one sentence:

Ship overall:
- Obsługa w restauracji bardzo dobra. Obsługa kelnerska bardzo dobra.
- The meal choices were very limited at the main restaurant “Sahara”. There was often empty trays and must wait for the kitchen. Wandered around longtime with food plates in hand to get an empty table. Bad kitchen and F&B Management. Staff is working very hard.
- Kept clean.
- Food was often only warm , not hot.
- One waitor is rude but overall is good
- We’ve been cruising with MSC Cruises for the last 8 years. Sadly, in this time time we’ve seen the quality of cuisine going from “gastronomic delights” to “basic food”.
- Please note MSC Cruises are now sponsoring Formula 1 Grand Prix - yet onboard the ship in the sports bar not one TV had volume turned up. We could see the F1 race but no sound. When asked no one came to explain
- A ship that is a bit difficult to navigate, but has everything one would expect
- Disorganizzed and superficial in the transfer to venice ,i missed the train
- Entertainment in bars very poor. Shows in theatre were good but too short. Food was good but meal sizes too small in restaurant.
Remarks Cabin:
- Spacious and well organized.
- Nice room, narrow but nice balcony
- I miss window/balcony.
- When the sea was rough and stormy, especially in the night, you could feel the draughts in the cabin.
- obstructed view no direct sunshine on balcony
- Smaller than expected and didn't have a couch/sofa to sit on.
- simple but ok
- Cabin ok, double bed kept spliting in the middle as there was no connector to link the beds together.
- It was perfect!
