- The cabin was bigger than a normal balcony cabin we've had on other ships. Very happy with it.

- While the ship was beautiful , the staff were anything but friendly. The food was good but very little variety on the buffet and the same every day.

- MSC misses the wow factor that you get from Royal Caribbean. The check out was also a disaster. You couldn't settle your bill until after 9 pm . You could pay by Credit Card on machine but then had the que for 2 hours to get the balance ! It was very off putting.
