“Nice ship, good food, enjoyable excursions and a friendly crew (at least most of them) with a couple of avoidable mishaps, however.”
- How did you like your cabin number 9071?
- Your comment on cabin 9071:
- A nicely sized clean and comfortable inside cabin where everything went smoothly until the last day when the crew handled baggage right next to our room at 1 o'clock in the morning. They chatted loudly and made noises for over an hour while my family and I were trying to sleep. It felt like someone was banging a hammer against our cabin walls. Phoned reception twice and even begged the crew to make less noise, but sadly all I got was lip service.

- Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Preziosa?
- Crew was generally efficient, friendly and well mannered except for one "inch of gold" shopkeeper who tried to rip us off. Reception personnel could have been a bit more friendly. Some practises could be improved: ex. having a payment point at disembarkation. It so happened that my last payment did not go through and I was forced to go down to reception with 2 heavy bags to settle my bill there (other passengers suffered the same fate). To be fair, all in all the positives well outweigh the negatives.

- Comments about MSC Cruises
- Travelled with Costa on the Allegra (a much smaller and more modest ship) a few years ago and got a better vibe - these companies are all here to make money, but with MSC the feeling that you're just a cash cow is more pronounced.
