Would you like to note some more short remarks about the ship MSC Poesia?There wasn't any day care or babysitting available for our 13 month old. And there were kids EVERY WHERE. Would have been nice to have had a kid free pool.

Comments about MSC CruisesI felt that the bus rides should have been free!! Not sure why you charge for those, we paid plenty for this cruise to begin with.
With the info on board that we were given, it wasn't clear where to go to disembark most times! When we followed the directions from the daily memo, it was almost always incorrect. Lastly, the extra service charges and the "auto tip" was ridiculous, very sneaky and not honest. Please don't tell me that "it was all listed on the information that was sent to me." It wasn't transparent at all. As well as when checking out, paying by DEBIT card will not pay your bill!! Thanks for letting us know that. It was super fun getting to the point of finally getting of the boat and we were turned away and sent all the way back to deck 5 to pay with a CREDIT CARD. Just brutal. Overall, I can see why people get frustrated with MSC. Nothing is clear and/or transparent with the billing to the drink packages.

Comments about the service of seascanner.comI'd look into booking with Seascanner at least one more time but get rid of the $50 FEE for having to change your name on the passport info!! People make typing mistakes, they shouldn't be charged for a typo! Ridiculous!
