Bad Bevensen is a charming mineral health spa in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath and an idyllic stop along the Elbe-Seitenkanal. In addition, Bad Bevensen station offers P+R facilities on the west and east sides. A large car park is also located at the Kurhaus and the Jod-Sole-Therme. Bad Bevensen can therefore be reached in a relatively short journey time from many German cities. The station is also integrated into the Hamburger Verkehrsverbund (HVV). From there, you can reach the town center, which is about 0.6 kilometers away, in just a few minutes on foot. Taxis are available at the station, and some hosts even offer a transfer service.

From the Kurpark or the pedestrian zone, you can walk directly to the banks of the Elbe-Seitenkanal in about twenty minutes via flat paths.
