On Foot
From the famous waterfall in the Old Town or the lively Buttermarkt, you can easily walk back to the riverbank within a few minutes. The riverside promenade offers a level path directly to the ships and, thanks to the good signage, allows for easy orientation throughout the entire return journey.
Chairlift and Taxi
Should you have spent the day on the Warsberg, the Saarburg chairlift will take you comfortably back down into the valley, directly near the city center. For longer distances from the outskirts, you will also find reliable taxis at the station or at the central town hall, which will transport you safely and punctually to the pier.
Orientation Aids
The imposing Saarburg castle above the city serves as an ideal landmark and always shows you the way down to the river and the berths located there.
