Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) is the main hub for international guests and is located approximately 18 kilometers west of the terminal. Renowned airlines offer regular direct connections from Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich, with the onward journey to the quay conveniently taking around 20 to 30 minutes by taxi. At official information counters in the airport, you can purchase vouchers for taxi rides at a fixed price; additionally, the A1 shuttle bus connects the airport directly with the city center.

For travelers from Southern Germany or Austria, Belgrade is efficiently reachable via the well-developed highway network, with routes usually leading via the A1 (E75) from the direction of Budapest or the A3 (E70) from the direction of Zagreb. Guarded parking spaces are available directly at the port as well as in the immediately adjacent Beton hala parking garage, and many hotels near the center also allow for the secure storage of vehicles throughout the entire cruise.

On Foot
Thanks to the excellent location at the foot of the Kalemegdan Fortress, you can reach the historical sights and the lively pedestrian zone Knez Mihailova comfortably in about ten to fifteen minutes on foot.
Tram
In the immediate vicinity of the terminal, there are tram stops, where the circular line 2 in particular allows for a convenient ride around the city center and also offers a direct connection to other neighborhoods.
Taxi
Official taxis wait for passengers directly at the port exit and enable a quick and uncomplicated ride to more distant destinations such as the Temple of Saint Sava or the Skadarlija bohemian quarter.

This extensive complex offers fascinating insights into the city's millennia-old history and also delights with a first-class panoramic view of the confluence of the Sava and Danube. The well-maintained park areas are perfect for a relaxed stroll, while excellent venues such as the "Kalemegdanska Terasa" restaurant serve refreshments in an upscale atmosphere. It is best to visit the fortress in the late afternoon to enjoy the atmospheric lighting over the rivers and, thanks to the immediate proximity to the pier, return to the ship on time and in a relaxed manner.

On Foot
Since the port directly borders the historic quarter, you can easily stroll down to the quay from the Knez Mihailova pedestrian zone or the Kalemegdan Fortress. The modern pedestrian bridge right at Kalemegdan Park connects the Upper Town directly with the Beton Hala at the port and also offers a barrier-free and safe way back to the pier.
Taxi
Official taxi stands can be found at all central squares such as Trg Republike or directly in front of well-known hotels like the Hotel Moskva on Terazije. Thanks to the short distances, you will be back at the Savsko Pristanište terminal within a few minutes and can easily recognize authorized vehicles by the TX abbreviation at the end of the license plate.
Public Transport
The historic tram line 2 circles the city center and stops directly at the Pristanište station in the immediate vicinity of the ship berths. Additionally, the central bus hub Zeleni Venac is just a short walk from the port, allowing you to get back to the Sava riverbank easily and directly from almost any point in the city.
