We had a balcony cabin which was amazing, the guy that looked after us kept it spotless and looked after us very well

The airline sent my luggage to Chicago which meant I only had the clothes I wore & my husbands clothes to wear & msc seashore did the courtesy of doing our laundry which I am very grateful
