The Seven Seas Navigator was commissioned in 1999 and was extensively renovated in spring 2016. At the Shipyard visit in July 2019, the public areas have gotten a fresh-up. With a length of almost 172 meters and eight passenger decks, the ship can accommodate 490 passengers (with double occupancy), making it one of the smaller ships of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The small size of the ship offers the possibility of special routes and smaller ports, making a trip with the Seven Seas Navigator a unique experience.
