Important information for this voyage (Update: 15th May 2023):

• COVID-19 vaccination necessary: All guests from 18 years upwards have to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to departure. A booster vaccination until 14 days prior to departure is recommended if applicable. For parts of the world cruises with Arcadia until including 26th March 2023 a complete vaccination plus booster vaccination is mandatory. For cruises with Arvia from 11th March 2023 until 2nd April 2023 all guests from 12-14 years have to be fully vaccinated. Guests from 18 years upwards have to be fully vaccinated until 14 days prior to departure plus booster vaccination. Guests who are not able to show their vaccination status and show proof of a negative COVID-19 test result (see below) will be excluded from the cruise.
  
  
• COVID-19 test necessary: A COVID-19 test is recommend within three days prior to departure. For cruises with Arvia from 11th March until 2nd April 2023 as well as cruises that are part of the world cruise with Arcadia until including 26th March 2023 all guests from 5 years upwards have to do a self-done antigentest within 24 hours prior to departure or an official PCR-test incl. certificat within 48 hours prior to departure. You have to show proof of the negative test result at embarkation. The following formats are valid as proof for a negative COVID-19 antigen test: a picture showing the negative test result, the passport identification, the time and date (i. g. a watch, mobile phone).
  
  
• Mouth-nose-protection: It is recommended to wear a mask on board. When visiting the medical centre it is mandatory to wear a mask. Outside of the ship at embarkation/disembarkation as well as during tendering a mask is mandatory as well. In some destinations of your cruise it might also be mandatory to wear a mask. Therefore, it is recommended to take a mask with you when leaving the ship. Subject to changes on board.
  
  
• Re-entry into Germany: When entering Germany from abroad, all travelers aged 12 years and older have no longer an obligation to furnish proof of negative testing based on the Ordinance on Coronavirus Entry Regulations since 1st June 2022. After a stay in a foreign virus-variant area within the last 10 days before return, a special test and quarantine obligation must be observed. Please kindly check the current regulations prior your trip.
