Included in the beverage package: Mineral water and water in the cabin as well as for the shore excursions, opened wine in a glass, draft and bottled beer, cocktail of the day, opened alcohol-free beverages, all kinds of coffee (withouth alcohol) and tea as well as hot chocolate (9-24 h). Booking of the package only for all persons in the cabin and for the entire length of the cruise.

Insurances
nicko flex option (FLEXF) –

With the nicko flex option, you can rebook your cruise up to 60 days before departure free of charge to an equivalent trip in the 2022/2023 financial year. Any flight cancellation costs will be checked when the nicko Flex option is used and must be requested by the customer. The amount is due immediately after booking and cannot be cancelled. Applies to all river voyages with a cruise start in 2022 and 2023.

  • Information regarding the parking lot: Provision of a fenced and guarded parking lot near the port including transfer from the parking lot to the ship and back. Payment on arrival at the parking lot on site in cash or with EC card.

  • Directions: You will receive all details as well as exact directions to your parking space approximately 14 days before your trip begins.

  • Pricing and vehicle: Price per vehicle, for the entire duration of the cruise including transfers. Motorhome surcharge depending on size 20 € per vehicle (only outdoor parking).
  • Cancellation fees: Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, from 24 hours before departure 50 % service fee. In case of no-show or no cancellation 100 % of the parking lot price.
