COVID-19 vaccination necessary: While vaccinations are not required to sail on Celebrity Cruises, they are highly recommended. COVID-19 booster shots are also not currently required but remain highly recommended. Exceptions are cruises to destinations where vaccinations and testings are required by law.
COVID-19 test necessary: All guests that start the journey from a us-american, canadian or european port do not have to show proof of the COVID-19 vaccination neither a negative COVID-19 test. Exceptions are cruises to destinations where vaccinations and testings are required by law.
Shore excursions: At the moment, individual shore excursions are available in most ports. If required by the countries of call, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or COVID-19 testing may be required for shore leave.
Mouth and nose protection: On board, the wearing of a mouth and nose protection is voluntary for all guests. Subject to any necessary changes on board.
Re-entry into Germany: When entering Germany from abroad, all travelers aged 12 years and older have no longer an obligation to furnish proof of negative testing based on the Ordinance on Coronavirus Entry Regulations since 1st June 2022. After a stay in a foreign virus-variant area within the last 10 days before return, a special test and quarantine obligation must be observed. Please kindly check the current regulations prior your trip.
