In addition, please urgently check the individual country-specific requirements, which may differ from the cruise line guidelines, before starting your trip. Eceptions:
- South America: All guests 3 years of age and older on cruises of 5 days or less (who do not have at least a 2-dose COVID-19 vaccination or 1 dose with Johnson & Johnson) or all guests 3 years of age and older on cruises of more than 6 days require a certified antigen rapid test or RT-PCR test done no more than 24 hours before embarkation.

- World Cruise: Guests 18 years of age or older require COVID-19 vaccination (two-dose vaccination + at least one booster, two-dose vaccination, two-dose vaccination + subsequent recovery; Johnson & Johnson one dose), children 5-18 years of age require 2-dose vaccination (Johnson & Johnson 1 dose). In addition, all guests require a certified antigen rapid test or RT-PCR test done no more than 48 hours prior to embarkation.

- Recommendation: Pandemic-related changes of hygiene, test, vaccination or entry requirements may occur shortly prior departure. Some countries require an online registration prior entry, the time limits and regulations vary. We recommend checking the current regulations for travelers and returnees in time prior departure.

cannot book a cruise at the moment.
Changes after confirming the booking: Please note that Costa Cruises can levy a charge for any changes (e.g. name, birth date, gender) after the confirmed booking according to the terms and conditions.
