Important information for this voyage (Update: 16th March 2023):

• • COVID-19 vaccination necessary: Guests from 12 years and older have to be fully vaccinated. A booster vaccination is recommended. Vaccines have to be approved by the TGA (Therapeutic Good Administration). Proof has to be shown at embarkation.
    
    
  • COVID-19 test necessary: All guests from 2 years upwards have to show proof of a negative PCR test (Australia/New Zealand: max. three days prior to embarkation / Transatlantic-, pacifid and Transocean cruises: max. 2 days prior to departure) or antigen test (Australia/New Zealand: max. one day prior to embarkation). Proof has to be shown at embarkation. Guests who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a Certificate of Recovery and proof of the positive PCR or RAT test result taken between 11 and less than 90 days prior to the sail date in order to board and be exempt from testing. The Certificate of Recovery can be presented as an NHS COVID Pass, EU Certificate of Recovery or as a letter from a healthcare provider. In addition, you must still present a vaccination card. Please be aware that some ports of call do not accept a Certificate of Recovery for the purposes of debarking and enjoying the destination.
    
    
  • Mouth and nose protection: On board the wearing of a mouth and nose protection is optional for all guests. It is mandatory to wear a mask at the hospital as well as in closed and poorly ventilated spaces. Subject to necessary changes on board.
    
    
  • Re-entry into Germany: When entering Germany from abroad, all travelers aged 12 years and older have no longer an obligation to furnish proof of negative testing based on the Ordinance on Coronavirus Entry Regulations since 1st June 2022. After a stay in a foreign virus-variant area within the last 10 days before return, a special test and quarantine obligation must be observed. Please kindly check the current regulations prior your trip.
