• The price of the water at dinner- 4 euro for 1 liter, was overpriced. The shore excursions were too expensive too. We like to explore cities on our own, but on 8th of march there was a transport strike and our plan to visit Rome ruined. We were 5 people and had the intention to go to Rome by train....
• Service was very good overall. I am pleased with the service provided.
• The self-service restaurant was constantly overcrowded, while the main dining areas lacked child-friendly options like fries with hamburgers, leading to long waits for meals—sometimes up to three hours—to receive all courses, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were marred by dreadful crowds.
• Costa Kreuzfahrten takes care about their customers.They reply very fast and solve problems.
• For the same price range I much prefer MSC

• Really slow and hot embarkation. Queue hardly moved. Would put me off from travelling from trieste again
